A credit card (no debit card or Apple Pay Cards accepted for rentals ) must be provided in order to reserve a rental trailer. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a 1-day rental charge.** We have one pick-up and drop-off facility located at 21840 Interstate 45 North Spring, Texas 77373.
Lessee Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a minimum age of 21, credit card (no debit or cash), and current insurance.
- All three required items must match the renter's name(s) and must be valid through the end of the rental period.
Trailer Rental Requirement Rules
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- A valid driver's license must be provided for every person intending to pull a rental unit.
- A current insurance card must be provided for every vehicle intending to pull a rental unit whether the vehicle is present or not.
- A $500.00 refundable security deposit by credit card is required to rent any trailer. Rental fees will be deducted from your deposit when trailer is returned, provided it's damage-free and clean. Trailer is inspected & pictures are taken during pick up and drop off.
- It is the renters' responsibility to return rental unit free from dirt, trash & debris or a minimum cleaning fee of $25 will be charged.
- Rentals must be returned no later than date & time stated on the rental invoice absolutely no holdovers. TRAILER WILL BE REPORTED STOLEN.
- Mandatory pre-trip & post-trip inspection will be done as part of the rental process. Please plan time for this when picking up & returning trailer.
- Rental trailers may NOT be returned after business hours. Rental pick-ups and returns must be completed before 15 minutes prior to closing.
- Leaving a rental unit on the premises after hours or dropping off a rental unit outside of our gates is strictly prohibited and will result in your deposit becoming forfeited. Customers are fully responsible for the rental unit until the post-trip inspection is approved.
- All damages must be reported to a staff member ASAP. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with damages.
Tow Vehicle Requirements
- Any vehicle used to pull our rental trailers with electric brakes (any trailer 16' or longer) MUST have a brake controller.
- The tow vehicle must be an adequate size for the trailer. "Match rated", check your vehicle tow rating in the owner's manual or call the car dealer.
- Tow vehicle must have a fully functioning 4-Way or 7-Way "vehicle-end" wiring connection for trailer lights/brakes.
- Tandem axle trailer rentals require a 1/2 ton or larger tow vehicle with a FRAME-MOUNTED receiver hitch (can't pull with a ball attached directly to bumper).
